Beetroot dip with Ragi nachos Healthy Snack recipe

A perfect finger food which will have everyone licking their fingers. 

Ingredients-

For the dip-

2 medium sized beetroots

1 small cup hung curd(approx.100gms)

2 green chillies

5-6 black pepper corns

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder


For nachos-

1 cup Ragi flour

2 teaspoon corn flour

as needed Water

Pinch of salt


Procedure-

•Boil and peel beetroots.keep aside.in bowl add ragi and corn flour. Add hot water gradually and form dough.


•Chop beetroots in cubes. In mixer jar add beetroots,green chillies, hung curd, cumin powder, black pepper corns,salt.blend to smooth paste on pulse. Dip is ready.


•Now with hand roll ragi bhakri from dough. Roast it on hot tawa from both sides. Allow it to cool down. Cut into nachos. Heat flat tawa keep nachos on it for 5 minutes or till it becomes crispy.
